We approach every athlete’s journey with the same mindset:
They are human beings, each on their own unique journey.
High School: Athletes who play on a freshman, junior varsity, or varsity team. This also extends to any high school-aged athletes who compete on summer travel teams, 7-on-7 teams, and so forth.
College: Athletes who play on a college team, regardless of level or sport.
Professional: Athletes who are playing at any professional level, whether it is an independent league, an overseas league, or the sport’s highest level.
The Next Generation: Athletes who are on the K-8 level but are not members of a high school team. This includes school-affiliated teams, as well as summer travel teams, 7-on-7 teams, and so forth.
