Not only is Santa Monica College (Calif.) standout offensive lineman Noah Devlin enjoying a stellar start to his sophomore season, but his recruiting is also taking another positive turn.
Devlin announced in an X/Twitter post on Thursday that he’d received an offer from Kennesaw State, which is in its third season as an FBS program. The Owls began play at the FCS level in 2015 and rattled off three Big South Conference titles from 2017-21.
The 6-foot-6, 280-pound Devlin earned an offer from Boise State last month. He’s played an instrumental role for the 4-0 Corsairs, who have outscored opponents 112-43 over the last three weeks.
The 2026 Early Signing Period is expected to begin Wednesday, Dec. 2, and run through Friday, Dec. 4. Players who sign their letter of intent during the Early Signing Period can enroll early.

Kennesaw State is fresh off its first Conference USA title, having gone 10-4 with a Myrtle Beach Bowl victory last year. Jerry Mack’s club opened the season with a 47-0 rout of West Georgia before losing to Georgia State last week. They face No. 15 Tennessee in Knoxville on Saturday night.
Former All-Big South Conference defensive tackle Travis Bell made history in 2023 as the first Kennesaw State player selected in the NFL Draft. As of September 2026, he is the only ex-Owl to play in an NFL game, and Devlin looks to eventually join that club.
“There’s not many people who can move the way that I do,” Devlin told Legacy Library this summer. “I can see what players are gonna do, and what they’re not gonna do, and it helps me.”
