Will Stein and the Wildcats landed one of California’s top rising star quarterbacks in Washington, who is in his second year starting for the Cowboys. He has already scored 13 touchdowns (eight passing, five rushing) through five games, and he’s recorded two 100-yard rushing performances.
The 6-foot-3, 178-pound Washington has ideal height for a quarterback. Don’t read too much into his weight, as he’ll only continue to grow physically. For what it’s worth, Louisville typically listed Lamar Jackson at roughly 210 pounds before he became a two-time NFL MVP in Baltimore.
