We’ve said it before, but you don’t earn scholarship offers — much less commit to a school — by accident.
Bishop Moore Catholic (Fla.) edge rusher and Eastern Michigan commit Noah Prince used September to prove why he’s headed to the Division I level next fall.
Prince had five tackles in the Hornets’ last victory, a 55-0 beatdown of Deltona on Friday night. Bishop Moore has won four straight and outscored foes 173-27 over that stretch.

Prince has 29 tackles, two sacks, and three tackles for loss through six games.
This weekend proved fruitful for Prince’s future EMU teammates, too. The Eagles notched an easy 29-3 win over FCS Lindenwood (Mo.) on Saturday afternoon.
Don’t read too much into EMU’s 2-3 record entering October. The Eagles already won their MAC opener and only play conference games for the rest of the season, a stretch that begins next Saturday against an unexpectedly 4-0 UMass team.
The 2026 Early Signing Period is expected to begin Wednesday, Dec. 2, and run through Friday, Dec. 4. Players who sign their letter of intent during that period can then enroll early.
Prince and Bishop Moore Catholic are off next week before facing Winter Springs (1-4) on Oct. 9.
